• Submit photostat copies of identity card and driving licence
• A one off non refundable sign-up fee of RM 50
• A special sign-up fee of RM30.00 for 1 year and above membership during this promotion period
• An initial deposit of  3 months upon signing of agreement
  
• Subsequent payments have to be made on the last week of the month.
• Members will be exempted from payment only on the last 3 months of the contract if no renewal is needed.
• Payment can be by cash, cheque or bank to our Hong Leong Bank A/C No: 195 0000 7470. 
• Submit to us a copy of a  bank-in slip.
  
• Bookings will only be made upon finalized payment
