POSITION 1: INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER

We are an established ICT solution and services provider. We undertake to study, define,design,develop,test,implement and maintaining of cross platform ICT solutions.

Application experience

  • Define, document and execute medium to large scale IT infrastructure projects and actively participate in all phases of the project
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and constraints to the success of the project with manpower budget exceeding USD250K
  • Estimate cost, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project.
  • Prepare, maintain and effectively track project, quality and risk plans
  • Manage the change control procedure by gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team and ensure that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent and PMI certification would be advantageous
  • At least 8 years' working experience in IT infrastructure either in a systems and/or network environment with minimum 3 years' of project leading experience
  • Experienced in preparing business proposals, establishing project cost and timeline as well as managing project risk
  • Able to analyse, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets, exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards associated with own area of specialisation and making correct choices from alternatives
  • Must be process and project management methodology oriented and willing to adhere strictly to company's global methodology
  • Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently. Has technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.

POSITION 2:  ICT ENGINEERING ASSISTANTS

Experience

  • With or without working experience
  • Work in Information Technology environment (preferred)

Skill

  • Configure of OS and network environment
  • TCP/IP concept and application
  • Setting network server for various applications
  • Firewall and security control knowledge
  • Setup intranet and internet connectivity

Job scope

  • Ability to trouble-shoot and isolation of computer system problems
  • Respond timely to ICT system service calls and provide corrective actions.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance services.
  • Perform ICT system installation, maintenance, upgrades and update status.
  • Assist with ICT systems testing and commissioning.
  • Provide timely updates to office regarding call status
  • Ensure weekly reporting is completed

Languages

  • Proficient in English, both verbal and spoken

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, Network, Electrical & Electronics
  • Other related professional certification. (e.g. C&G, CEI,MCSE,CCNA.CCNP)

POSITION 3: FEMALE ADMINISTRATOR

Experience

·    In the similar capacity for at least 1 year

·    Work in Information Technology environment( preferred)

Skill

·   Good English command

·   Able to record business and project discussion

·   Good in human communication

·   With basic HR knowledge

·    Aware of telephone manners

·    Capable of organizing and scheduling of events

·    Have basic IT knowledge with word processing and spreadsheet
    capability

·    Basic administrative and management knowledge

·    Capable or organize and conduct filing system ? Hardcopy
    and softcopy

Job scope

 

·     Manage and handle administrative tasks
